None can.
Even if it can be brought back to life, the people currently involved can’t do it. They and their predecessors have tried to get it working right for decades, actually far longer. Not only is it not better, it’s become worse.
If there is any hope to fix education in America — and there isn’t much — it will be up to you. Working with others, you’ll have to figure it out. If actual answers were already out there, someone else would have done it.
